The Blue Book is a setting of text by Ludwig Von Wittgenstein,
a transcription of his 1933/34 Cambridge lectures. It explores
ideas of language, meaning, and understanding in a musical work.
Do we really understand everything that we hear? Can
misunderstanding create a new meaning, one that is personal and
important? How does written language relate to musical language?
